Brownie Alexander

• 25 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 40 ml cognac
• 40 ml fresh cream

Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a pre-chilled glass. Serve. You can garnish with a grated nutmeg and a star anise.

Brownie Old Fashioned

• 20 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 50 ml whiskey
• Soda water

Build all ingredients except soda in an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Stir and serve. You can garnish with orange and lemon slices.

Brownie Creamy Coffee

• 20 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 20 ml Irish whiskey cream
• 2 espressos

Put all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Serve.

Brownie Raspberry

Dark & Stormy

• 15 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry
• 40 ml dark rum
• 3 orange bitter dashes
• Ginger beer

Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a glass and top with ginger beer.

Stir and serve. You can garnish with raspberries. chocolate powder.

Brownie Vanilla Tequila

• 15 ml MONIN Vanilla liqueur
• 10 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 50 ml tequila
• 15 ml sherry
• 1 dash alcoholic bitter

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well. Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Serve. You can garnish with a cherry.

Brownie Hot Chocolate

• 20 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 150 ml milk
• 1 scoop chocolate powder

Steam all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a glass. Serve. You can garnish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and brownie chunks.

Brownie Latte

• 20 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 150 ml milk
• 1 espresso

Pour MONIN syrup into a latte glass. Steam milk until frothy. Add milk gently to form a layer and pour espresso

slowly on top. Serve. You can garnish with chocolate powder.

Brownie Caramel Ice Mocha

• 15 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Caramel sauce
• 120 ml milk
• 1 espresso

Pour all MONIN flavourings into a latte glass. Add ice to top. Pour milk and the espresso gently. Serve. You can garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

Brownie Latte Frappé

• 30 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 1 scoop Le Frappé de MONIN Coffee
• 120 ml milk

Combine all ingredients in a blender filled with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a smoothie glass and serve.

You can garnish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce or brownie chunks.

Brownie Milkshake

• 20 ml MONIN Brownie syrup
• 1 scoop Le Frappé de MONIN Vanilla
• 120 ml milk
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Combine ingredients in a blender filled with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a milkshake glass. Serve.

You can garnish with whipped cream and crumbled chocolate brownie pieces.
